Responsibilities:
• Assist in directing and controlling the activities of flight services, passenger services and customer services
• Act as a duty manager on site the Macau Business Aviation Center and lead to provide unparalleled services to our passengers and guests using MBAC
• Work on key customer relationship building and assist in managing key customer accounts
• Monitor customer satisfaction, personally handle VIPs' special requests and ensure our VIPs have an impeccable service experience
• Assist in operations planning, staff management and training
• Be flexible at all times (i.e. on shift) in order to cover the unexpected needs of the operations
Requirements:
• Diploma Holder or above, preferably in Hospitality Management or related disciplines; completion of training courses in customer service, hospitality management or related disciplines is highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in VIP Services, Customer / Guest Services with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a managerial / supervisory position; working experience in aviation is an advantage
• Proficient command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Other foreign languages a definite advantage
• Strong communication skills and safety mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
• A well-organized, self-motivated team player with effective leadership skills
• Ability to make decision independently under pressure and to work with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy in MS Office with good analytical skills; attention to details
• Holder of valid Macau driving license
