Responsibilities:
• Provide premium service to customers
• Handle telephone booking, ticketing and check-in registration
Requirements:
• Macau resident
• Secondary School education or above
• Customer service experience an advantage
• Good customer service and telephone manners
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Shift duty is required but over-night work is not necessary
